Who is responsible?

VDC Van Deelen Consultancy is responsible for processing your personal data. You can use the contact form for privacy-related questions.

What data and why?

When you contact us, we process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry and discuss any next steps. For general enquiries, this is based on our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. For a potential engagement, we process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long do we keep your data?

For enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, we delete the data from our mailbox and form archive no later than six months after the enquiry has been resolved. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, we retain relevant correspondence to carry it out and where a statutory retention requirement applies.

Form processing through Form.taxi

We use Form.taxi as a processor to transmit and process contact forms. Form.taxi receives the form data, stores submissions and sends a notification to our business mailbox at TransIP. According to Form.taxi, the data is stored on servers within the European Union. Read Form.taxi’s privacy information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request restriction or portability, or object to processing. Please use the contact form to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
